Hi bby,
There's a sheet in the AIM entitled Body Checking.
It lists the gap specs for the bumpers, headlight doors, hood, wiper door, wiper door grill, doors, and roof panels.
The gap between the roof panels is shown as .10" to .14".
The gap between the roof panels and the halo is shown as .16" to .20".
I've found that having the gaps be even along their length is visibly more important than the gap's size.
