Default Unexpected wave

I never realized there were as many Miatas around as there apparently are. Never noticed them until now.

Been getting honks & waves from lots of them. I suppose it’s a convertible thing. I don’t get waves from other ragtops – just those Miatas. Fun little cars and …. oh … I just dozed off for a bit thinking about them.

It just doesn’t seem …. right ………

Worse problems I could have I suppose

Ha ha ha good one. My golf buddy bought a new Miata convertible. Seems like a nice little car.

I'd rather drive my '70 C3. I don't think anyone has ever described a C3 as a "Nice little car"! Just one of many things I love about them.

I sat in one once. My head was above the windshield.

They are one of the easiest and cheapest cars to use to get into autocross.

Me too. I felt like one of those circus bears trained to ride the little bicycle. Didn't make them with me in mind

Those Miatas do well at the autocross track. Funny thing is that the Miata guys tend to comment on how they like my C3 even though they are faster around the track. I think I'm having more fun though

I sat in one once, it didn't fit. I have owned an Austin Healey 3000, MGBs, a BMW Z-4 M Roadster, and three Corvettes. They all fit.

That's a rule violation if you wave back!

Don't bet on it! I love driving my Vette, but (particularly on tight tracks) it can't compare to my brothers mildly modified NA MX5 (Miata in the US) for pure fun factor. And in turn the MX5 can't compare to my even smaller MG Midget - it's like driving a gokart:

Sometimes I feel like the Pope with all the waving going on.

On my Wide Glide I'm not a HD snob so I'll respond with a friendly wave to anybody except those weird CanAm things. They might get a nod because I'm not rude by nature but what a football bat they are.

Some things ain't right.

No - what's worse is if he replies "I already know".
