Need Your Input - 69 L71 Clone

Hey CF,

Looking at a 1969 L71 Clone that looks like it started out as a 327. Let me know your thoughts.

Looking for a BB 68-71 Convertible. Drive-ready, not perfect original or close, and $50k and under. I would like a 427 Tri-power or a good LT-1.

c3registry.com is only as good as the person input the information.

I can clam I have a L88.

From the add, I wouldn't pay him $35K. It's looks like a nice BBC vert from the pictures. No frame pics, no history or maintenance. That's only of the worst ad I've seen for a high dollar car.

You really need to get more info and pics on this one. Underneath, mechanicals wiring all the little stuff that can make or break a pricy buy
Perhaps the owner is a member here and can fill you in, if its on the C3 registry bet hes here.
