Default C3 front wheel max width
I'm interested to know what is the widest front rim has been fitted to a c3 with standard guard
It looks like a 18x9.5 275/35 will work
Has anyone done this

front size 17 x9.5 rim fit easy, 10 no problem, depending on correct offset.

Early C3's (pre-1975) have less room for larger width wheels than later vintage versions because of the lack of flare opening at the rear of the wheel wells.
