The date the engine was assembled was stamped on the engine pad at the engine plant. T for Tonawanda (big blocks) and V for Flint (small blocks).
The date the car was assembled can be narrowed down to a day or two by the date code on the trim tag.
The partial VIN stamped on the engine pad at St.Louis indicates the car the engine was installed in.
Where are you seeing 21094. Is the the VIN sequence number?

If you want to know if your engine is original take a picture of the stamped engine pad in front of the passenger side head and post it if you can.
Depending on when your car was produced you will see two sets of numbers. The larger sized stampings will be something like T0324LR (the numbers depending on your date of build) and the second set of smaller stampings will start 19S7(then the last six of your VIN)
