How often do you drive your C3?

About 3000 miles most Summers/Falls. I had a 2017 Mustang (yellow/black hood stripes) convertible for my company lease car this year so we put the Mike's on that for a change. But, the only problem with putting about 3-4K miles on a C3 each season is the excessive face muscle pain related to having so many Miles. My physician said that the only thing he would prescribe was for me to decrease my mileage by at least 1000 miles each year, cutting down on the smile-induced face muscle strain.
I'm only partially kidding. The face actually does hurt sometimes from grinning so much. A good C3-itis "problem" to have.

I aspire to be like quite a few of you! I get a lot of enjoyment out of working on and improving my car, which has the unfortunate side-effect of it rarely being 100% ready to drive haha.
But currently it's in good driving condition and has enough power to play with (Aluminum heads, performer RPM intake, Lunati 268 cam, headers and side pipes). So there is no excuse not to drive it more. It's a car after all!

I drive mine about once/twice a month. I would drive it to work but my daughter does not want me to drop her off for school with it.
Mine is a 76 L-48. Ice cold (modified) AC. New interior. Heat and sound insulation. Fresh window/door seals. Borgeson and Hydroboost. Long tube headers with 2.5in s/s duals with an X-pipe.

Also, too many cars.
I was 16 when my '71 was new, which Is one of the reasons I wanted one then, and now I do.
With 5 collector type cars, and 3 DD's it doesn't get driven much (and at 6'6" tall the least comfortable).
I may just be talking myself into getting rid of it..Damn this thread.

I drive my LT-1 as much as I can, I have two other vettes to exercise also. The LT-1 sure runs a lot better in the cooler weather! So I drive it more October-May weather permitting.

The great thing about a 78 SA with 100k on the odometer is that you can drive it 2500 to 3500 miles per summer. I have a set of rules that mandate a minimum miles per outing. Coffee 60, lunch 100, dinner 125, wine country 250, leaf pecking in the fall 300.

What are your other collector cars? Jealous that you have the means to own that many "toys"!
All I play with on the side is motorcycles, and relatively cheap ones at that!

'74 Convertible, 4spd, base engine (has a pretty good rumble so might not be "stock"). Only driven on weekends. Of course, I'm retired so EVERY day is part of a weekend!! Have a wonnerful week, Bill

71 LS5 Coupe and just got it in June so have been taking it out 2 or 3 times a week trying to get some miles on the rebuilt motor. Has AC but with the tops off I never really use it. Unfortunate part about classic car insurance in our area is that they give you a really cheap policy with the stipulation that you only drive it to car shows, test drives, or the occasional joy ride but no big box parking lots or taking it to work. So if you drive it outside of those conditions and have an accident you better have an airtight story ready.

Gorgeous! With the side exhaust and what looks like an L-88 hood, I don't think it's stock.

Oh and I just got my 74 a few months ago. As it's cooling off here in AZ it's getting to where I can drive it comfortably without dripping sweat. (Next step, fix the A/C and the interior heat issue!)
I've put maybe 500 miles on it in between tinkering with it.

C3 of Year Winner (appearance mods) 2019
I live in Iowa so I have two corvette seasons. Driving season and upgrade season. LS1/Richmond 6 cruises down the road pretty well so I have driven it to south dakota three times and a couple legs of power tour. During driving season I take "LARRY" out almost every day. If I don't have anywhere to go I just head out on county roads drive to random places enjoying the experience.

I drive my '71 coupe a couple of times a week from mid-April thru mid-November. My 18 year old son takes it out a time or 2 a week as well.

2022 C3 of the Year Finalist - Modified
Live in Western Pennsylvania, so my driving starts in spring....once all salt is gone from the roads, till November when it all comes back. I drive it several times during the week and both Saturday and Sunday.....as long as its not raining.
I put close to 6000 miles on it from late June when restoration was completed to June of this year. I think have another 1500 on since June. One problem I have is I also typically put 300 miles a weekend on my Harley, so its always a decision each day on which one to enjoy.
