Default door a jar

On a 1968 coupe where doses the wiring for the door a jar on the passenger side come from? Any help would be appreciated. THANKS Old city

Hi oc,
The wiring for the door ajar switches is part of the Rear Lighting Harness.
It runs from midway on the left lock pillar across the car on the rear of side of the seat bulkhead just above the rear compartment floor.
It's tucked under the carpet that wraps over the top of the bulkhead.
That wiring also leads to the lamp in the glove box.
It's shown in the Assembly Manual on UPC 12, Sheet C5.

Wow THANKS Allen That was a quick response. Will have to pull up the carpet and take a look. I wasn't sure if it came in from the rear harness or from the front. nice picture also. Thank you so much. Old city

Hi oc,
Here's the harness at the driver's side.
This is a 71. By this time the harness for the glovebox lamp and r/s door ajar switch ran across the front of the bulkhead.
