OK so I've been checking in my AIM and I can't seem to find a size reference chart for the numbers posted for various bolts and hardware am I having one of those moments or is it not there Thanks in advance Phil

It is not there. If you find a GM Standard Parts Catalog, you will be able to crossreference many through that venue.

Hi Phil,
I have the 'Standard Parts Catalogue'.
It's not as helpful as I hoped it would be.
I think there is more information on fastener dimensions in the 'Corvette Parts Book'.
There is no single source of fastener information.

The Parts and Illustrations Catalogue lists most fastener sizes. These can be pricey. You can get them in hard copy paper or on CD.

I just dial the screw/bolt number in google and I can usually find the size.

The book on the right is a re-print of the book on the left.
You MAY find it easier to locate and buy the one on the right.
So keep that possibility in mind.
