Default 1972 Carlisl Auction Special Paint Code ?

This 72 going to audition and ad states Special Paint Code, you can see the Blue is different curious what color Blue it is. Anyone know of this 72 ?

Probably SPEC On Trim Tag maybe Painted Black at one point.

Looks somewhat like Mulsanne Blue (correct color for '71). But, if it has a clear-coat, it wasn't done at the factory. My "suspicion" is that it was re-painted years after manufacture and a SPEC trim tag was installed to convince 'someone' that the paint was original.

Does look like Mulsanne Blue only Targa Nd Bryar Bluein 1972. Most likely SPEC trim tag would love to see pic of it.
