Default PO2 numbers identification

Cleaning up my PO2 wheel covers (including replacing the crosses flags center caps) before putting them on my 73 for the upcoming driving season. While apart, I noticed some numbers and time clocks and wondered what they mean.
Back of the finned section. Note the time clock In the center with numerous dots:

Back of the center cap. Note the Fisher Body carriage symbol on the left and the time clock on the right with a dot at 5 o’clock:

Whenever I saw those marks on a cast metal part I thought it was just to be able to identify which shift poured the piece? No clue as to how to decipher these though...

That is what I am thinking, especially with the clock. I'm sure one number is a part number; trying to figure if either number is a manufacture date.
More inquisitive than trying to be “numbers matching”, especially since these did not come with the car.

I have a set purchased for my 72' that I've been trying to decide how to approach cleaning and repainting, and I read somewhere they require longer tire stems than the Rally hubs........

You are correct. If I remember, valve extensions came with the PO2's. I think they had a white ball at the end where the air went in. Here is a pic of 2 that I have:

When I had new tires installed, I had the tire shop put in longer valve stems as I change wheel covers (between rallys and PO2's) each season.
Corrections welcome.
