Default Driver side headlight assembly
1981 Corvette, under hard acceleration the driver headlight opens real fast and let off the gas it closes just as fast. Both headlights open and close with the headlight switch as they should. Any one else experienced this?

Vacuum problem.
Check vacuum lines running from the headlight back to carb.

if not in the main lines to the headlight then in the control lines. May as well test everything while he's at it.

Check the vacuum relay for the left side light.
