We are currently on the road doing the Hotrod Power Tour.
The first stop was Bowling Green, KY at the Beech Bend Raceway Park.
A friend of mine -we had traded ideas and parts with a while back and this was his idea.
It's on it's madien voyage - and turned out really neat.
Used the back and front of a 69 and incorporated a vert decklid for the opening. To release -opening the gas cap does it!! Also note the emergency release rope!!!
Oh- the car is stunning as well- LS7 powered utilizing the dry sump backed by a T-56. Sidepipes that can be electrically switched to a muffler system out back.
Its cool ish, the workmanship is stunning but i dont know, not my cup o tea,
Its like the trikes guys make with a front end of a front wheel drive car, like they are sitting on the front bumper,
That trailer gives me that odd feel, insists upon itself too much for my tastes,
It might also go back to i just dont like trailers on sports cars i know some people take long trips so travel skinny, or take the family truckerster, trailers kind of hurt the vibe to me,
I love it! It`s one of the best versions I`ve ever seen! I doubt I`d ever have one myself, because like Bats, I`d rather travel light. But the time, thought, and engineering to create a good looking "one off" like this demonstrates pure genius!
I think it's a very impressive piece of work, great melding of the front and rear! I'm not a big fan of trailers behind sports cars either, but I think the execution there is outstanding.
