73 What this worth?
Hey guys new to the C3 but have always wanted one.
I found this one, guy is asking $12,000. It has rebuild radiator, carb rebuild, fuel tank replaced , new fuel pump and a handful of other things. It is definitely going to need a new paint job and some tires. There is some rust that makes me nervous but I thought I would see what the experts think.
Thank you guys!
Ran great, smooth idle, no power steering and no ac. L82. Also new clutch and flywheel

Thanks! Kinda what I was thinking but was hoping maybe I was over exaggerating haha. Man she sounded nice, made me want one even more. Oh well back to looking.

Just another Corvette guy
Hey Ryan, welcome to the forum
I have owned a few 73's and they are great cars. Good advice here already, this one looks to be a little "beyond service limits" with that rust showing. You should be able to find a very solid 73 for $12K. Where are you located?

I’m in Indianapolis and not opposed to a drive (4-6 hours) to find a decent car. Anything 68-73 and manual. I’ve found a ton of automatic but don’t want to try to do the conversion.

Good advice above. It would take an additional $10,000+ to save that car.
