I vote for a black, expensive (not OE ) fabric top. Forget NCRS here. Those look SO much nicer than the original coverings. I don't usually deviate far from stock but on this one, I would.
Oh, I love my hard top. It's my favorite C3 look over Coupes and Convertibles with the soft top up or down. There is just something that makes the car look so much better.
My soft top was white when I bought it but I went black when I replaced it. I also went cloth over vinyl as I like the look and feel better.
I removed my 3yr old cloth top without cutting it. I pulled all the staples and I still have it it’s in
perfect shape but I don’t know how you could ever install it again. Around here the polin from the trees is so bad
the top was green all the time. Even inside the garage. Now I hope the white is not hard to take care of.
