Let it sit in the driveway on SUNNY days for a few hour to help it stretch. Expert members can give you better advice.

there are 2 bolt on each side that attach the frame to the body which are slotted for adjustment, you can raise or lower the top at that point, but you will have to readjust the glass as per the AIM instructions. I used a sharpie to label all the bolt and screws on the door so I could adjust the correct nut or screw. Theres enough to get confusing

Yes...lowering the frame will correct this but your photo really needed for you to add more lighting so it was not so much in the shadows when taken.

FOR WHAT THIS IS WORTH:

Your top was not correctly installed due to the piping edge at the back of the door glass area is not correct.

The WHITE arrow in the photo is showing how that piping edge of the convertible top material is right at the edge of the steel frame for the convertible top It is somewhat correct there.

But the more you go down...the farther the piping edge is no longer at that edge and you can clearly see it.

The RED arrow is the stitched seam that need to be ON that edge of the frame so you have very little bit of that piping going forwards of it to give that vertical edge a clean look.

The YELLOW arrow is showing where that stitched seam that the RED arrow is pointing to should be.

THAT can aid in those wrinkles in the fabric The top was not stretched and pulled to that point when they glued it down. And that area is critical due to how the top is installed on the rear bow and the measurements that need to be taken when that part of the top installation is beginning.
