1) Check "CTSY" fuse. Replace if blown.
2) Locate horn relay (attached to wiring harness above and left of the fuse box).
3) Verify +12V on orange wire at horn relay. If no power verify wiring (not easy).
4) Verify ground on black wire at horn relay with horn button pressed. If no ground with horn button pressed disconnect "harmonica connector" at base of steering column and check for ground (with button pressed) on black wire on column side. If ground is found the problem is after the harmonica connector; if no ground the problem is inside the column.
5) Verify +12V on green wire at horn relay with horn button pressed. If no power, replace the relay.
5) Verify +12V on green wire at horn with horn button pressed. If +12V found clean bolt and mounting (the horn grounds through such). If still no horn sound, repair/replace horn.
