The OP is looking for the weathe seal for a 1981 which has an entirely different window than the ‘68 to ‘72 removeable rear windows.
Dennis, I think what you are looking for is a seal kit for your rear glass, not weather stripping. The ‘81 Corvette rear glass is fixed in place and Installed much the same as the front windshield.

The rear window for your 1981 is held in with windshield urethane. So there is no gasket or weatherstrip or even using BUTYL RIBBON TAPE is advised. But do as you wish..
Now on a 1982 COLLECTORS EDITION there is a w/strip for the rear glass that lifts up. But your car is a 1981 and IF it is factory and was not converted...there should not be a w/strip.
I know there are at least four Corvettes from 1980 to 1981 that have been converted to the collectors edition rear glass because I put them in way back in the 1980's.
