where does the fuse box get its 12 volts. battery to the starter then there is two wires red and blue looks like goes up as it goes threw fire wall another one t,s off of the red wire and its black and goes thre the fire wall . some how i got the fuse box grounded not all of the fuse gauges and radio they have ground where it should be pos so any help please . o and the heater reallys are off still working on them

Hard to read what you wrote due to not using punctuation. So proof reading what you write before you post it so it makes sense.

The fuse panel gets power from the starter solenoid that goes over to your horn relay...then from horn relay it goes in your dash area through the bulkhead connector.....and one wire will go directly to your fuse panel and one goes to your ignition switch on the steering column. So when you turn your key ON ...it powers up circuits that only work when th key is on. So it all depends on what circuit you are having a problem with.

DO you have a wiring diagram...if not...it is wise to get a GOOD one.
