I am restoring a early 68 and have done extensive searches a d never found any bezels other than used. In my case being a October 67 build in need the smaller ones. The size changed 3 time for the 68 model year.

Not that I am aware of but I have saved three sets that I am hoarding. Some with the factory headlight washer option.

They are out there used.

The metal ones have never been repro'd that I'm aware of, and the GM ones were discontinued in the 70's.

I have a 67 Oct build as well and the passenger side one is the one that always seems to crack. I have 3 bezels, 2 are the passenger side and both are cracked. I found mine on EBAY, just keep your eyes open and you can find them. They are alot nicer than the plastic ones.

I know this has probably been asked before,but...I too have a 68 with an Oct build date. Does anyone know the sizes of the different size headlight covers that were used during the 68 run? I keep hearing of different sizes but how to tell which are early/mid/late?

heres a good thread on bezel part numbers but no measurements. I'll keep looking for those, i thought i had them
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...ght-doors.html

Edit to add

For you 68 guys reading this, there was 3 different headlight doors and 3 different bezels, probably all with tthe same number. I have seen the same number casted differently.

I thought the bezels stayed the same size on the 68's and only the door size changed. I could be wrong.

you can see the gap on the sides of the bezels. Heres a good list of changes
