Default 1968 which window is correct?

Pretty self explanatory question i guess... Im searching ebay because my driver side window is broken (shattered into a million or so pieces). In looking around, i have found "convertible" and "coupe" windows, but i dont really see a difference. So, i guess the big question is more "is there a difference in the two?" I have a "coupe"/t-top car..

You need the coupe windows. If you look at the rear edge of the window the coupe is about A 90 degree angle to the top edge. The convertible glass has an angle at the back edge.

I couldnt tell if that was my eyes playing tricks on me, just because they are posted at different viewing angles or not...

They do look different to me. Aside from the fact that one (convertible) appears untinted and the other (coupe) appears tinted, the edge nearest the B pillar appears more vertical on the coupe than the convertible as it should. The XX and XT refers to date codes, which may or may not matter to you. Chip

Look closely at the 'V' shape at the lower rear of the glass. The 'V' for the coupe glass is significantly lower than that for the convertible glass.

7T1, If you are talking about the VERY bottom of the glass, one of the pictured windows has the "mounting bracket" thingy (silver) attached, the other does not. If you look close, you can see black along the upper edge of silver.. That would be the black part attached on the other window.

Paul, The windows i had before (and the current passenger window) is clear. Finding a replacement "clear" window is proving difficult. So, the clear doesnt throw me off so much. The date codes dont matter. I just want a window. its too damn cold to drive without one (and too rainy too)!!

2019, that picture really helps. I feel like i have a good sense of depth/angle with your picture. Thank you.

I called your number, and left mine. I dont care about date code or anything. I would prefer a clear glass (not green tinted), but really, anything works.
