Default '69 427 Ride Height

So I need new tires which made me take a close look the stance of the car. I just measured the front at 27 to top of arch and rear at 30.5 to top of arch. I would like to fit 255/60/15 all around.
It looks as if the rear is way high and the front is a tad low. Front has new shock/springs and rear is old. Unknown if original, they look pretty dated.
What would be your first step to leveling it out to fit 255/60/15, should be same height as F70/15's that are currently on.

If those are F70/15. I'd start by trying to find out why the rear is that high
What's on it for a rear spring? (TRW style with 6" bolts?)

Heres a link to the AIM manual in an earlier reply. It looks like the distance should be 27-28 inches.

The rear height difference looks too big.

My stock spring 69 427 is 27 1/4" front and 27 3/4" in the rear. Somebody must have replaced the rear spring with something aftermarket as that is way too high.

longer rear bolts would be a quick fix. front stance is about right.

The front looks good. I would unscrew the nut on the long bolt so it is flush with the end and see how that fits. Do not go beyond that. If it's still too much measure the bolt longer. 8 " is common, 10 inch is usually needed for monoleaf rears
