Slots are period nice also....dont sweat weight, I ditched my 15x8 rallyes all around for some Welds, 2x8 and 2x5 cant feel anything.(unless youre real sensitive to braking)
WIth tires almost a 90 lb loss, too.Get what you think looks good.

I'm digging the cragars! Love my slots as well, two classic looks.

I tried them back in the 90s and the quality control was poor--when put on a tire spin balancer, they could see the wobble, showing the center part wasn't welded flat with the rim. And this was two out of the four received. Was afraid that I could order more with no better results. Hope they're improved now.

As well as American Torque Thrusts and you don't have the peeling chrome problem, 15x7 in front and 15x8 in the rear.

Cragars are simply an iconic wheel from that period. They look bada$$ as well. I don't think you can go wrong with them on a classic vehicle.

Of all the cars I've owned, I've ALWAYS wanted one with Cragar rims, and you know? For no apparent reason I still don't have a car with them on it. My C3 came with new American racing rims and tires, he gave me the originals in the boxes the AR's came in, my 66 Mustang has period correct Magnum 500's on it... and my newer Mustang GT has the very similar rims to the Cragar SS 5 spoke rims, the GT 5 spokes.
Dang, now you have me thinking about Cragars again..... LOL.

Growing up in the 70s I always liked the look of cragars. I don’t have them on my vette but I have them on one of my other cars and it completely changes the look of the car.
