Alright, the paint store can mix up a small batch of olympic white. I did purchase the stencil kit awhile ago. I am sure there is a paint that is suitable for use with the stencil kit but which particular white one shot enamel I am not sure.
The paint for the stencil goes on top of the clear coat in my opinion. Maybe I will buy a small quantitiy and then see if it looks alright on the blue I have chosen.

Yes the stripe paint is on top of the clear coat, you should be able to feel the edge and "catch" it with your finger nail.
The rear tips on my original paint car are 3-7/8 and 4-1/8 from the rear edge of the hood.
3/4" from the trough edge where the LT1 stickers are and 9" from the front of the hood at the center front stripe.
