It will fit.
The differences I see are the face of the 69 dash does not have the seam with stitching around it that encompasses the map pocket (70 had the seam but no stitching). The map pocket itself is different in design along the edges that pull through the dash (loose ends, not stitched, but functions the same) and the lower left corner that butts up against the shift console housing is flat and solid as opposed to having a V shape notch.
