Normally I don't much like many customizations I see on early C3's but this is an exception. I really like the Riviera back, although I think I like the stanrdard C3 front end better.

I don’t love the Mako/Maco rear ends nearly as much as the Rivera Back.

Guess I would have to somehow get this custom fabricated? How would I find someone to make this, and how would I help the fabricator get the appropriate dimensions?

seems like that might be my only solution.

the fabricator would have to learn the job as he does it. it will take twice as long as he thinks. it will cost twice what he quotes. he will tie the car up for a year. if the interior space is a deal breaker, get an 80. you are gonna spend 10k or more devaluing a 70. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...onversion.html

That would seem to be your only option. Dynamic Corvettes out of Saginaw Michigan is big in the custom fiberglass work and might be willing to do something like this.

I actually have repair molds for an entire c2 car. I'm wondering if this would be something I could pop a part off of and mold onto a standard deck panel for a c3 so that one could simply remove the old deck panel and install the new panel with the c2 window.

I like it too. It looks like a factory fastback option. No added bling which usually comes with customs.

IMHO - the rear kit only works with a 68-72 (Maybe 73) coupe. If i came across one of those, i'd be hunting a tired, beat 68-69 to put it on !!!!!!!!
Kinda like they used the C2 rear clips on 61-62s before the 63 debut............but in reverse.

Its got the one year only Vega steering wheel. I can't remember if that was 76 or 77. I know the 77 has a one year only steering column. Perhaps its whatever year came with the Vega steering wheel.

If I remember right, they actually aren’t one year only.

They came on the 76, but after that I think they came in cars from 77-79 if there was no tilt/tele and was discontinued after that option became standard.

Judging by the rest of the interior, it wasn't a 78 or 79, perhaps a 76 or 77.
