The front spoiler assists in cooling at low speeds and you may find that eliminating it might cause overheating problems in slow and around town traffic.
I plan to add the original style plastic spoiler for cooling.
Looks fantastic , I just did mine also , I left the bumpers on just pulled them 1/4 inch off the car . I used single stage urethane , my first time painting also .... you did a great job dude
Nice touch with the tent and Testors. I used an acrylic and it is holding up fine on the trim pieces.
Nobody's asked what your out-of-pocket costs were for everything, and I mean everything, tent included, so I will.
Thanks. I've got somewhere between 700 and 800 invested including the tent. A kid down the street was selling the tent for $65 so I picked it up cheap.
Looks great! If I had done this to mine I would already be sanding 1/2 the car down to fix problems, lol. I can’t do anything right the first time it seems.
