Starter issues
finally got the motor running with the body back on. Had to jump the solenoid with the key in the on position to start it. It shuts off with the key. I replaced the stater with a new one I had. Same problem won’t start with the key. It’s a 4 speed is there a neutral safety switch or something I’m missing? Or wrong switch?

Should find it just behind the clutch pedal.
Switch has purple wires and is activated via small rod from pedal to switch.
