I removed the bushings and put some 3m strip caulk on the inside of them, and then installed them again. The caulk always remains sticky and it holds the sun visor in place, but you can still move it.
There is a white split bushing that surrounds the sunvisor pin...it gets worn.
Take the assy apart by sliding off the sun visor. After removing cir-clip
Open the split bushing. Clean the inside.
Take Aluminum Tape...the stuff for ducts, but NOT duct tape! and put one 'round of it' around the pin and reassemble, about 1/2 inch (edit)
If it still sags, put another round on the pin.
Mine; AZ heat, 100 mph, T-tops off, Sunvisor in 'full air deflector mode'....still working after 5 years. ZCO (zero cost option! lol)
