Default Engine install question

I'll be shoving the engine/tranny in at the same time, is it feasible to have the headers mounted too or is that some that needs to go in after the engine is in?

Oh yeah - SBC/700R4

Unless their shorty block huggers, I think it's easier to bolt them up after, however, I would have the headers already in the engine bay before dropping the engine in, at least that's what I did with my long tubes.

lowbuck is right. Have the headers bungeed off to the side, ready to go. As the engine mounts get closer to being home, you may want to mount the headers using the two outer bolts only at this time. Then if something goes wrong . . . . . .

https://www.autozone.com/emission-co...4054/73063_0_0 cut the end bolt holes open like these are and gaskets can drop in while 2 end bolts are threaded.
