Hello
i have a problem with the adjustable steering wheel
it does not lock anymore and i cannot remove the key
if you have any idea i will remove the steering wheel tomorrow
thank you

Neither your profile or post state what year car this is or what transmission.
Some years have a steering interlock cable attached to the shift linkage.
Have you attempted repeatably shifting into park if an automatic and reverse if a 4 speed?

Your car does have a cable, check if it is binding.

This lever has to be in the up position to remove the key.

if I remember, the cable goes under the car to the left of the transmission

As for your other question, you can pull the horn button off, and then make an adjustment to bolt that sets the telescoping tension.

I think this guy's horn button assembly is incorrect (the large ring should be behind the telescoping adjustment ring), but the star bolt instructions should get you started. Be careful not to lose the spring loaded horn button plunger.
