I suspect that there are extremely few companies that actually make the carpet sets but many, many places that sell them. As long as they are properly molded and edged with the original style vinyl inserts for the drivers' right heel you should be pleased. Pre-attached jute backing is best unless you're installing your own padding. I can't remember where mine came from but the the fit was perfect, the color (dark green) [seemed] to be a perfect match and the quality seemed identical as well.
Be aware that seat belt mounting bolts can be an utter pain to remove! I suggest soaking with PB Blaster a number of time over a few days. If the inboard ones refuse to release you can easily cut a slit in the carpet and install it over the belt latch and it will be unnoticeable. If you snap off Torx head sockets on the inboard bolts (as happened to me) try a large channel-lock and a 5' or so length of 2" PVC pipe as a breaker bar.
I think only ACC and Al Knoch make carpet for our cars. ACC makes carpet of varying finish levels. The level sold by Willcox (and others, I suspect), is a bargain when bought on sale, and fine for a daily driver (I have it in both of my cars). You may be able to buy "better" stuff from ACC directly, but it gets expensive.
