The ground path to relay coil is made when you press the horn button.
Once the relay coil is energized the relay contacts close and the horns should work through the DK.Green wires.
I don't know what original ground you are hooking up to the new horn as the originals when bolted to the chassis is the horn ground.
If your horn is blowing the relay coil has energized and the contacts of the horn relay have closed.
Make sure at the horn button there is nothing grounded in that area.
Post a photo of the new horn posts and of the dissembled horn button area.

I have the one post grounded to where the bolt is normally located and other to hot wire . I found that when I move the steering wheel in and out is when the horn blows when it’s half way in. I’m assuming the lower spring in shot?
grounded in that area.
