Is it just me or do the white stripes on the tires look wider than we are used to seeing ? For comparison look at the width of the stripe on the red stripe tires on the white coupe. Shouldn't the red and white stripes be about the same width ?

Are you sure those are red lines? I blew it up alittle. Looks like whites with protective covering still on them...

Redlines with thin whitewall tires behind it. Only '68 & '69 C3's could be ordered with red stripe tires. The Corvette Black Book lists Red Stripe and White Stripe tire options. But there never were any White "Stripe" tires with stripes of the same width as red stripes. They were narrow white wall tires, as you see in that pic.

First Avenue sold 15 total so there's a fairly good chance that that car is this car
