Default Wiring question

Hello I have a 1976 corvette and I got three wires I’m not where they go or what they do and was wondering if anyone here knew (ignore the coolant on the cooler lines, had a leaking heater hose which I just replaced)
the head broke off so I’m going to fix it later today but I’m not sure but i think it’s a ground cable just need a second opinion

These two wires I’m not sure where they go or what they are for.

Could 1 of them possibly be a starter ground?

Yes, the BLACK one should be a ground, attached to the bell housing.
The BLUE spliced wire should go to your starter main feed.
RED wire is also main feed to starter.
