I have an AEM wideband and it uses Bosch O2 sensors. But read all the description and compare part numbers when price comparison shopping. I got it from Amazon but you can also compare prices at Summit or Ebay. Always check the shipping cost and company there. I've seen things on Ebay that are $12 but have $50 shipping costs. Some places like Jegs, Corvette Central, Speedway, etc sometimes have Ebay stores and the shipping can be better than from the store. Over $100 some places offer free shippiing like Summit
Buy "Heated" O2 sensors. They cost a little more but do not need exhaust heat to warm up. A gauge doesn't need to be expensive..buy one that looks good and fits in the dash cluster (or visible under the dash). I was able learn how and to fine-tune my Holley carb. I tuned the A/F mixture at idle and at 60 mph. (You an actually use a millivolt multimeter to tune the A/F.)
I like the AEM but as with some others had an issue with it that they (AEM) corrected but I do think a batch of sensors were either bad or they cheaped out and didn't use Bosch ones
I would have maybe liked the 30-0300 but it was considerable more $$$ at the time for what I needed
