Tried the repositioning of the prop valve using the stomp on pedal method. NO LUCK. Only have flow from valve to rears. I was going to remove the valve, took off 2 lines and thought better of that while lying on my back. Not sure what to do. Thanks for thinking of me.

That is frustrating. If you can't get it reset, I s'pose you'll have to remove the valve and reset it on the bench.

Did you try doing it with a helper? Here's one more video to watch (start at 3:30).

I am walking away from this car for the time being. We have a place at Myrtle Beach and I am gonna go watch the Atlantic come and go. One problem, as I see, is that the more things you try the more things that had done before gets screwed up again. I am brain dead!
On the positive side a mechanic I have faith in has agreed to help when I return. I have a friend that has a nice drive-on trailer that i'll use to transport car to the mechanics shop. In the mean time I want to thank everyone that has responded to my post. Stay tuned.
