I have been a member here for a long time but am active in the C4 and C5 forums. I am posting for a friend who is loosing his shop space. He has a C3 sans motor and trans that is good for parts if you have the time. The frame was sold today which leaves the body and interior pieces. How would you list this and for how much? He really would like the parts to be used and not end up in a scrap yard. It had ttops, seats, doors, interior trim pieces, gauges, stainless, headlights ect, ect, ect. Just tying to help a friend, I will post it in the for sale section with pics tomorrow if I have an idea of the value.

if your friend can’t open his own free account for some reason and you list for him, please be sure to follow the site requirements for listing for a friend or it will be removed. These are detailed here:
I am in full support of the dumpster comment, just making sure you guys don’t spot anything of value. To answer an earlier question I believe it’s a 74.
I see some parts that might be desirable to others. You're not going to get rich or retire but you may help a fellow Corvette guy/gal out that's looking for restorable original parts.
Gauges, Center console gage cluster even if it's just for the metal frame. Headlight actuators, some want originals and they can be rebuilt. T-top latches, not sure how hard they are to find but I bet you could sell them for a few bucks. SS window trim. Door latches and rods.
Then when all the "good" parts are salvaged you can throw the fiberglass in the dumpster. It is toast.
You know what they say "one mans junk is another mans treasure".

Sounds like he needs to rent a roll back dumpster, one and done.

^^^^ I agree with DG and others - a few bits left, but not much. Doesn't it make you wonder sometimes what happened to let what appears to be a well optioned C3 get to this state? If the frame sold, it must not have been bent up or really rusty (at least not too bad). Interesting, and sad......................
