Anybody know of a spot that makes customized emissions decals?

custom emissions sticker... CO-lotsa PPM unburned HC sorry obscured by black smoke. Nitrous oxides? don't make me laugh!

These aren't emissions stickers but it gives you an idea of cost and minimum order requirements for decals. Cannt imagine why you would need a custom emission decal??
