If NGK makes a shorter plug, that would be my choice. I've been happy with my NGK v-groove plugs that replaced my ACDelco rapid-fire.

Ah but there are far more chinese knock off fake NGK plugs than real japanese ones on both amazon and ebay right now just google knock off NGK for lots of testimonials and you tube videos on the subject (think exploding electrodes) its a huge problem for our honda ridglines too ... Autolite plugs also not much better now that honeywell bought the branding and closed them down as well.. They are made all other the world by the lowest bidder contractor it seems.

I put a set of NGK's in mine several years ago.
I've been using them in my '94 MR2 for almost 20 years, so I thought I'd try them in the Vette.
I won't use anything else now....
Just go to NAPA to get the real ones....

If you need shorty plugs for header clearance, Accel are the only ones I am aware of and they are what I use.

I don't have a number for the stock replacements although I'm pretty sure they exist as I have used them on other engines. I use 0414S with my AFR heads.

AC R44TS are a fit for the tapered seat stock later C3 heads (as well as the Dart heads). .460" reach peanut plugs.

Autolite 85 works too for that.

Autolite 26 is for the old gasketed style, larger style plugs.

For me it’s Genuine GM Parts throughout! I’ve always used genuine parts on any car I’ve owned. That’s what they came with so that’s what I use.
