BAT currently has a sweet LS6 up for auction. Will be fun to see how it does!

"Best" color probably can be debated. It is the fastest color, though.

Lots of interest in LS6s right now with the article in the NCRS Corvette Restorer, the Special Collection at Bloomington Gold, etc. That’s all a product of the 50th anniversary of the first LS6 being this past March 1.
The BAT car looks to be a nice car. What fascinates me is that although there are a number of pictures of the carb, there are none of the list number and date. I surmise that is because it is too early a car for a 4803-1 carb, and the 4519 metering block has a 4803-1 stamp on it. Probably a service-replacement later dated carb. So if there is a conscious attempt to not show that, what else could be intentionally not shown?
The pad stamping on the block is very righteous, though. Absolutely real.

Maybe it's an optical delusion, but the grills look misaligned (too high in the center).

Sometimes the pictures make things look off, but they are crooked in all the pictures. Worth digging into for what this car will sell for.
