Shifter Boot.

Sorry, just a quick whine here. You would think it would be a little easier to a) align the shift indicator, and b) replace the shifter boot. However, having said that, once it is done, it looks way better.

The difference in 'level of anguish' lies in whether the person has a copy of the AIM,....or not.

Relative to other disassembly & repair tasks, the trans tunnel shouldn't be so demanding. Glad you worked your way thru the difficulties.
