Default Electrical trouble

Hi, I have a 71 vet, and my lights and wipers stopped working. The lights pop up and the wiper door opens but no headlights and no wiper motor. Checked all fuses and they are ok. Im guessing it’s an earth issue.
can anyone help?

The ground for wipers joins with heater ground and goes down to bell housing bolt for ground. One from engine to frame there as well. Lights ground is up front. Odd for two grounds to go at once. Check each side of fuse for circuits with test light. Fuse holders each side can get non conductive.Check on metal fuse holder each side to make sure
