RVZIO69 Restore
I have a question that I was hoping someone else would ask but that has not happened. So-
Do you have a copy of your 69 thread? There was a super amount of information in it. I had it saved in my computer but not backed up. My computer crashed and I lost everything. I have searched several times on the forum with no luck. I would love to have a copy.
Thanks, James
Im still in a holding pattern on mine !
If you get a chance and want to catch up I still have the same # !
I think my young in deleted yours for me !
I did after four years finally replaced the bad seal in my Harley so I am at least getting to ride it ! Lol

Take care my friend!

Thank you very much for the reply. It is a true loss of information by you and Dub. I will really miss it.
If any one has a copy of it I would love to have it if it is ok with you.
I do not know of any picture specifically but thank you for the offer.
I hopefully will start on my 69 this fall. I need to remove the front end for bird cage repair.
Thanks again,
James

The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
That's how we met and still keep in touch. Pretty cool!
Some pics from the past .
Looked like a nice car to me.
Nice paint, original motor running and driving.
Frame repairs that I made with new gussetts.
I was stunned that all this crap could be under the trim.
Man!!!!!!
All fixed and moving on again
Started to rain and Lou mentioned that he does take on some water. Was able to get it under roof.
Your pictures sure are scary looking!
Say, the picture of the bare interior reminds me of a story. As you know I was in maintenance at the original Parma (Cleveland) Modern Tool and Die company plant (MTD) for 34 years until it closed in 2007 and I moved down here to Myrtle Beach, SC.
One of our automotive parts jobs that they ran a lot of, were these two large ribbed panels. I saw them all of the time but had no idea what they were for. Well, I helped build a new large quality control office and to impress the automakers, they painted some of the parts and had them hanging on the walls. There staring me in the face when I first walked into the room when it was done, were these two panels spot welded together just like they would be in their instillation in a car. Those panels were the C-3 birdcage panels in back of our seats! Your picture shows them without the carpet covering.
You sure do good work, Roger! Lou.
