I was looking to see exactly what question I asked and that you were replying to but all it shows me for my question is 3 x's (xxx). I remember that I asked a question but it was at least a few months ago and can't remember exactly what I asked. Somehow the question was replaced with "xxx".
I decided to clean up the original regulator and install new "rollers" which when new really don't roll they are made to slide in the channels. Apparently if they freely roll then they need to be replaced. I also replaced all the locking and door opening hardware, cleaned up and repainted the inside door and will be able to reuse the almost new door rubber seal that I gently removed.
The passenger door is next now that I know what I am doing.
