I spoke with the owner last year at the corvette expo in Galveston, as I recall its a one off and that car was by far my favorite at the show.
could be wrong as i've slept since then.

If its one off, its built from a C7 lip.
So it wouldnt be crazy hard to replicate it if you got some glass skills.

Dang. That is way too nice of a car, with that many mods and $$$, to let it go to salvage There's gotta be more to that story, or they got PAID.

The guy was done with it- many years building it- insurance paid him - and he bought a C8

nothing goes to copart until after the insurance co pays the owner off. that car was definitely bought by somebody with the intent and ability to rescue it. my 75 vert came from there. cost me 2500 bucks. one of these days i will get it cleared salvage now that i have it in florida.
