Default Header bar adhesive

Getting ready to bond a new header bar to the front clip (71), is one tube of the SEM 39747 enough to do the job? Plan to put extra to fill the rivet voids.

Thanks!

Thanks!
I bought two cartridges for the job and I remembering only using less than a half of one and I filled the old rivet holes.

I already purchased one tube of the SEM based on previous research. Now just making certain it will be enough before I get started.

I used the Fusor product from Lord Adhesives, but my brother-in-law used the 3M and had very good results.

One tip I will pass on is to get a bunch of small washers, like #8 size. Place them in the adhesive before you place the header bar and clamp. The washers will ensure that you don't squeeze out all of the adhesive when you clamp the header bar into the body.

Watch out how thick the washers are. You want to keep it within headlight cover level adjustment...
