Default 1980 Speaker 6x9 ?
Having problems finding a 6x9 speaker to replace the oem’s. Anyone have any luck finding ones in which you don’t have to modify!?

I have Rockford Fosgate R169X2 in my 82. I didn't have to modify anything but it's a super tight fit.

You have to use 10 oms speakers if you have the original radio. Ebay will be your answer.

easy.. get them here.. a nice improvement and correct ohms. and recommended by the guy who fixed my 8 track Robert Pacini.

I have a 1980. I purchased these from Amazon. Fit perfect, no trimming required.
