Looks like Mooser already covered the straight versus curved spoke thing....never mind, carry on, nothing to see here......
yep... I actually knew about the Ds vs the straight I just didn't pay attention because it was a package deal, ironically I have TT2 Ds on my drum barke 64, hoping the spacer and lugs will take car of it, will definitely clear the calipers with the spacer just not sure now about turning clearance in the front, will see in the next few days
Here’s a pic of TT II 18x8 4” BS. Plenty caliper clearance.
After installing these wheels, the rusty calipers are much more exposed. Considered painting them, but found they’re easy enough to clean off with brass-wire wheel, then coat with rust-preventative.

thank you Charlie, looks great, put those in 17" on my 64, torq thrusts always been my favorite wheel.
The other thing to check is the rear spring and the bracket that holds the parking brake cable to the trailing arm. On a 15" rim they are pretty close to the tire even with stock 8" rims and a fatter tire so just make sure you have a look see once your spacers are on. I had a set of 255s on a stock rally rim and they would flex in enough to touch the bracket when going around corners, just enough to cut a nice little groove all the way around

Beautiful car btw

thanks Mooser, I will absolutely check that, I have 5/16 spacers on the rear right now just to get the car down on its own weight till my 1/4" come in.
My first corvette was a 69 convertible 350/4 speed car when I was 18... I always knew i would go back to one, I feel I got the right one, love the car, book binder of all docs to day one and in exceptional condition, it's a keeper.
I see you got your ‘69. Congratulations! Be sure to create a thread when it arrives! I see from this thread and from a couple of others that you’re going to some work on it.

thanks... I did get it, navigating wheels at the moment but putting the rallies back on tomorrow.
I will be taking it out this weekend and will take some good pics
