Racelign
A friend said they Racelign is good. They specialize in wheel alignment.

I believe they are in Deer Park, NY
You should find out if they are familiar with the C3 rear alignment process. Front is same as any GM car from that time period.

I was at Summit Point Motorsports Park about two or three weekends ago. When I took the car off of the car trailer, I noticed a big oil stain on the driver’s side and a smaller one on the passenger side.
The leak on the driver’s side was the power steering control valve. I replaced it. Just to be sure I would like the alignment rechecked. It seems cheap insurance to make sure the car is still aligned.
I am not checking the rear as it was done, and I didn’t (thankfully) have to disassemble anything back there.
BTW: I found someone to align the car. They have a drive on lift that is flat, so even a lowered car like mine can just drive on. The same person recommended the mechanic to do it. He made him sound like the mechanic of all mechanics. He only allows this mechanic to touch his cars. He has a 22 Shelby 500KR, a new Corvette, the one with all the carbon fiber and he just picked up a new car, the Dodge with 1,025 HP. And he races. They have Hunter Equipment for wheel alignment, and Road Master for tire balancing. Seeing good equipment always builds confidence.

This was another issue that arose at Summit Point Motorsports Park. My son came in the pits and said “Dad, it is popping out of third on deceleration.” What can I say?
Let me explain. Years ago, it was crunching into gears. I found a Chevrolet mechanic who said he could put new synchro’s in it. That didn’t fix it. I had a friend whose Father owned a Transmission shop. He rebuilt it and it was OK for many years. Now here is why I hate to leave my car. I needed a wheel alignment after putting in new suspension parts and used the alignment shop in Mount Sinai. He calls me down and says we had to talk. I found the car had hit something so hard it ripped the motor off the motor mounts, and ripped the Muncie off the rear mount, cracking the tail shaft. I again found someone who I was told I could trust. He put the new tail on.
Needles to say, Larry found lots wrong. Parts were installed backwards or wrong. The third gear was shot. But the box is 54 years old and has been tracked since the 1980’s.
I strongly recommend Larry to anyone who needs help with manual transmission.

As I've said many times, No one loves your car as much as you do!
even learning, and taking our time. even with beginners mistakes. The results are better than those who don't care.
I have been lucky to find a few old world craftsmen, that still do quality work, like GTR1999 (whom we all know) and Larry in Huntington (D & L Transmission) who rebuilt my Muncie.
I think it stinks that I have been lying on my back in 50 degree weather at 70 years old
to repair all the issues . The Muncie was really heavy, the starter was a PITA as the Canton road race pan required me to take down the headers to get the starter out. There are a lot of mechanics around. Funny how you ask people, post here “Anyone know a great mechanic?” and nobody does (or they are keeping them for themselves).
I got lucky this time. I think (have not used him yet) I found a real great mechanic to do the alignment, and the shop has a drive on ramp and Hunter alignment equipment.
Sorry for the rant.
