Default 1978 Tachometer

Hey guys, I changed all the bulbs on the speed and tach to blue LED and it looks great. The only thing is the tachometer reads higher than the engine idle and I also replaced the circuit board with a modern up to date one from corvette central. Any advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Eric

Did it read correctly before you changed the bulbs?

I'd try that first. New parts are famous for failing out of the box. I'd also read @interpon's thread. Skip to page 7 for the tach resolution.
